Here's two ways it can be used 

1.

Massage into your scalp and let it work overnight before you washing your hair. You only need to do this once or twice a week. 

2. 

Mix 3 to 4 drops with your shampoo wash as usual, but let the shampoo sit for a few minutes on your hair before rinsing it. You can do this every day if you like.

Massage a few drops in at night or in the morning and style as usual this is to target more intensive conditions such as alopecia or possible thinning due to medications or other skin conditions 

Be sure to shampoo your hair within 24 hours of using the treatments if left on longer it may cause irritation. If you choose to use more often than please be advised it may cause irritation
