The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. 

 Because many of my items are limited quantities, I may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, I will notify you via email. 

 I do not make exceptions to this policy.

PROCESSING TIME CAN BE FROM 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS PLEASE BE PATIENT I'M A ONE WOMAN SHOW AFTER YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETE it's shipped within 48 hours. Any order placed on Friday will be processed on the following business day. Regular delivery time is 5-7 business days.

On ALL TRAINERS  allow a 10-15 day process! Items sell out often and there is constant reordering so please keep this in mind! THAT IS WHY I SAY PRE-ORDER AT THE TIME COVID HAS SLOWED DOWN PROCESSING ON THEM!!!!

If Your Order is Returned There Is An Additional Fee To Resend Your Package.

Packages are shipped USPS 

Ground shipping takes 1-4 business days

International mail shipping 7-14 business days

Orders are processed within 14 business days and then shipped with the shipping method chosen by the customer. In the event that we receive a large order volume packages may be delayed. In this scenario all customers will be notified of updated shipping information. Please only contact us after the 18th day your order was placed to inquire if you have not received it. 

Due to the nature of this product all sales are final. Refunds are issued on a case by case basis. In the event that your product is damaged or order is incorrect  please reach out to customer service within 3 days of receiving shipment at support @ perrystylez@gmail.com Damaged product or missing products will be refunded or replaced free of charge.

In the event that our products cause any visible verifiable allergic reaction we will refund the customer the cost of the items minus shipping.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once an item is shipped and it has been delivered we are no longer liable.

If a customer refuses to accept delivery or pay customs charges and the product is sent back there will be a $10 restocking fee assessed to the customer as well as customer will have to pay the import duties to return the package and shipping fees are not refundable.
